There is a reason we studied the revelation book millions of times back in the day.
The GB was trying to fit square pegs into round holes using the most convoluted, mysterious nonsense they could to make revelation seem like it was all talking about the 20th century and in particular the JW religion.
Just read revelation with no biases, it doesn't take long. Its actually a really enjoyable, interesting read.

Everyone wants to believe that the period of time they are living in is special simply because they happen to be alive.
Revelation has taken care of this need for the last 2000 years, enabling a lot of people to live in fantasy land.

If you read revelation from start to finish it seems pretty obvious that it is Rome and the wild beast is the Roman empire.

I watched an economist today that estimated it would take 3 years and 30 billion dollars for Apple to bring just 10 % of its manufacturing to the US. If they were made in America, it would triple the price of an iPhone.
There are good reasons for any country to improve its debt but ignoring trade agreements and pissing off allies and partners - not to mention enemies, probably isn't the best way to earn trust.

Its a made up story from a couple of thousand years ago, when people still didnt understand things like what causes diseases, what stars are, what the moon is, tectonic plate movement, etc.
